Growing up in Bermuda, we fostered a deep connection with our island and its natural environment.
As a mother-and-son team, we share a vision: to combine our passion and experience into a movement that helps Bermuda adapt to a changing climate.
Stratton was born the same year Fiona began her real estate career. For forty years, she has helped people buy and sell property, earning recognition for her warmth, integrity, and deep local expertise.
Inspired by her example, Stratton earned his real estate licence and founded Bedrock to blend real estate with sustainable design.
Through our association with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty, we provide trusted real estate services.
We use our expertise to provide tailored sustainability strategies to property owners across the island.

Stratton founded Bedrock to bring a fresh perspective to sustainability and real estate in Bermuda.
With a background in design, marketing, community work and sustainability, he has spent the past 10 years working in renewable energy with BE Solar. He holds a MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Design from Brunel University and a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Online Business School.
Equal parts creative and strategic, Stratton holds a Bermuda Real Estate License with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty and leads Bedrock’s sustainability advisory, bringing value to clients through forward-thinking solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
Stratton studied in the USA for 9 years and graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design. As a hobby, he and his wife make cast concrete sculptures known as YART using local flora. Their work is featured around the island and abroad.
Fiona Hatfield
Real Estate Expert / G.O.A.T
Fiona has been a trusted name in Bermuda real estate since 1986. She first started selling property with Jones Waddington which was later amalgamated with Bermuda Realty.
Over the decades, she’s helped hundreds of clients buy and sell properties with confidence, care, and consistency via Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty.
Known for her trust, charisma and knowledge of Bermuda’s real estate market, Fiona brings global award winning experience to the Bedrock team and Coldwell Banker.
Her focus has always been about creating long-term relationships and ensuring every client feels fully supported from start to finish.
Fiona was raised by her mother, Sheila West Gosling, the infamous Rum Swizzle washing machine queen and real estate agent once upon a time. She enjoys hosting dinner parties and playing golf. In 2025, she got her first hole in one!
